I am excited to see Hrithik essaying my emotional journey: Anand Kumar


Hrithik Roshan will bring to celluloid the life of the math genius Anand Kumar. Anand Kumar is excited to witness the actor portray his life journey on screen.

Amidst multiple rounds of rumours and speculations around the casting of the much awaited biopic of Anand Kumar, Super 30, producers make it official that Hrithik Roshan has been signed to play the Math genius.

After entertaining everyone with his power packed performance in Kaabil early this year, Hrithik Roshan will now bring the life of Anand Kumar on the big screen for the audience.

The makers of the film are quite excited about Hrithik coming on board for the film as he has always been their first choice for it. We even saw them conduct a meeting between Anand Kumar and Hrithik Roshan recently at the latter’s house few weeks back to discuss the same.

Mathematician Anand Kumar too expressed his excitement about the same saying, “I can totally trust Vikas Bahl with my life’s story as I’m confident he will make a heartfelt film out of my story. ”

The genius too feels Hrithik Roshan to be the perfect choice for the film, he said, “I am very happy because he is the best choice for the role. I’ve seen his work and the kind of versatility and range that he exhibits as an actor is very strong. I am a rooted guy so I feel some level of emotional quotient is required to live my life on screen. I have seen that un Hrithik- on and off screen. I have full faith in his capabilities.”

Helmed by Vikas Bahl, the film will showcase the life of Patna based mathematician, Anand Kumar, who trains 30 deserving, economically backward students for IIT-JEE the entrance exams of IIT each year with commendable success rate.

It will be quite interesting to see Hrithik Roshan get into the skin of this character as it is also very different from what we have seen the actor do on screen before.

His last release this year, the super hit film Kaabil saw the actor win massive praises from all quarters for his superlative performance as a visually impaired man.
